Ever since byTiMo’s beginning, sustainability has been at the core of the brand. It’s been a natural part of our business, and an important aspect of every decision made.

Delicate fabrics such as viscose and silk has to be handled delicately, with love and
respect. We want your clothes to last for years, and for them to do so, they have to be treated carefully.

Machine Wash:

We recommend that you wash your silk and viscose on a delicate machine wash, no more than 30C, with delicate (and sustainably made) wash detergent and a mild softener without perfume. When the machine is done, hang it on a hanger or leave it flat for drying.

It is important to mention that viscose will always shrink a bit when exposed to cold water, but when the fabric is touched by heat again, it will expand to its original form. So, steam or iron (not too hot!) your garment, and it will get your shape back! Sometimes it’s enough just to put it on your warm skin!
